Michelle McGann

Michelle McGann brings a detail-oriented, people-first approach to every closing she supports as The Foundry Group’s lead Transaction Coordinator.  

Originally from Virginia, Michelle is a proud JMU grad (go Dukes!) who has called North Carolina home for 10 years. She's been a licensed Realtor since 2020, after starting her career in medical sales. As a military wife, she found herself drawn to real estate as a way to serve military families through one of the biggest transitions they face, and that calling has shaped her career ever since.

Michelle brings the same dedication to her community that she brings to her real estate career. She sits on the board of a veteran non-profit supporting those living with PTSD, as well as working with an organization dedicated to helping elite military operators transition into meaningful civilian careers. Giving back to the military community isn't just something she does, it's a core part of who she is.

At home, Michelle is a busy mom of three little ones, and she brings that same energy, organization, and care to every transaction she manages, making sure clients feel supported from contract to close.
