Paige Rushing

Paige serves as the Co-Director of Marketing and Client Experience for The Foundry Group, Marketing Director and Client Experience Manager for Kristen Moracco. In her role, she oversees Kristen’s marketing strategy, content, and brand presence while also focusing on the details that make the client experience feel personal, thoughtful, and seamless.

Paige works behind the scenes to create curated experiences for Kristen’s clients from their very first interaction, throughout the buying or selling process, and long after the sale or purchase of a home. She believes that exceptional real estate service doesn’t end at the closing table, and she helps ensure clients continue to feel valued and connected well beyond their transaction.

With a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science from Western Carolina University, Paige brings a unique combination of analytical thinking, organization, creativity, and attention to detail to her work. Her background allows her to approach marketing and client experience with both a strategic eye and a genuine passion for making people feel taken care of.

When Paige is not designing marketing materials or keeping the team running smoothly you can find her crafting – whether that’s sewing, knitting, or crocheting – or spending quality time with her wife and their fur babies.
